★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my 2nd time experience where I waited for Bus around 1 and half hour. Both the time they booked a ticket from dadar and said that in half an hour but both the time i had to wait in sayan. Actually i wanted to give zero star but i have to give. Please correct your time adherence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most pathetic service. This travel runs a business of theft on the name of Mumbai Darshan. Last Sunday me and my wife had been on Mumbai Darshan from Zoya 6161. They asked us to keep the bags in the bus as bags was not allowed in Neheru Science Center. When we came back the bag was not in its usual position and to my surprise my gladgla which cost for 4-5 thousand was stolen. I don't know what is the point of stealing as they wared numbered glasses. But I requested the tour guide and the bus staff to please return it. But all was in waist. NEVER TO USE ANY TRAVELING BUS OF SOLANKI TRAVELING SPECIALY ZOYA 6161

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my experience is worsted in neeta's buses. I traveled for Shirdi on 24th October 2014. I booked Mercedes Benz from Santacruz TPH office for Rs. 735/- per head usually the charges are Rs. 550/- per head but for Diwali season they increase the prices. I told them I want middle seat they said OK. they gave me the seat no. 13 & 14. so i again confirm whether these seats are in the middle they said yes. but when i board in the bus the cleaner told me that the seat no. r the third last. when i told them that TPH told me that these seats nos. are in the middle the cleaner said the Agents are misguiding us. and cleaner and driver is talking very rudely with us. in the same bus so many passengers are complaining for the same. In the Nasik 75% buses were empty as the most persons get down their. The bus is waiting for new passengers for around 45 minutes on the same place. and the cleaner and driver charged just Rs. 100/- per person for this Mercedes Benz. We charges by Rs. 735/- per person. when we asking about this, they r arguing with us and also rudely said that if u want to make complaint against us go any where u want no one is doing any thing against us. (Bus No. is MH-4-G-8983 morning 7.15 from Borivali)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Trip Ever - Travel by NEETA only if you don't love yourself or your family!!!
I don't wish to put even a star here, because NEETA doesn't deserve it.
I had booked 4 online tickets for 17th March 2014 from Pune to Mumbai (Borivali to be specific) for a 4PM bus. When me & my family reached at pick up point at 3.30PM, we got to know that the bus has been canceled without any prior intimation. The gentlemen sitting at the desk had no sense of talking with the women, a couple of them were drunk, talking really rudely to the customers. We had to shout our lungs out & then we got our seats in the 5PM bus.
Needless to say, that even that bus was not on time. We left at around 5.30PM & the bus speed was damn slow, not exceeding 40kmph. Everyone realized there is some problem with the bus & fnally it broke down near Aundh. It took them 45 minutes to send another bus. Meanwhile all passengers were waiting by the streets in stifling heat, as the bus AC were not working.
Finally, we left in the other bus by 6.30PM, which again was stopped by booking agents near Wakad. The agents were badly drunk & were not letting the bus go ahead. This scene continued until the passengers got down from the bus in sheer anger & literally tlked these guys out of the way. They were not ready to listen, thus we need to call the cops for help. Somehow, after 30 odd minutes struggle the bus managed to elope.
We thought the adventure for night must be over. But who knew we had one more trouble to be faced. At around 9.30 after the Lonavla break, the bus again broke down at the nearest petrol pump. We again had to wait for 45-60 minutes, while other half filled bus came for the rescue, the third bus change of the evening! But it could not accommodate all the passengers, so the remaining ones waited for the bus to get repaired.
It got repaired, thankfully after about an hour. at 10.30PM we left Lonavla for the most suffocating journey ever, as the AC were not functional. The driver kept repeating to his personnel back at head office that, he can not guarantee how far bus is going to go, as the bus was not completely repaired.
We had no idea, how & when we will be home because of the bus condition. So we decided to alight near Navi Mumbai, at the relatives place. The most terrible journey came to an end at around 11.30PM for us as we got down Kalamboli.
NEVER EVER TRAVEL BY NEETA, is my recommendation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a multiaxel bus from Indore to Pune. The ticket was whopping 2500, but I was expecting it to be luxury journey so I went for it. The actual bus was a total disaster and a shock for me. I don't recommend this bus service to anybody. I felt like robbed of 2500, the quality and the service were not even worth 700 regular non AC services.
Bads:
1. There was no TV (although it's not mentioned on the booking page also so not really blaming
them). But when you pay 2500 bucks you expect a TV at least.
2. The window glasses were very dirty from inside. I could write my name on it with my finger.
3. The charging sockets were not working. They had a funny excuse for it.
4. There was no light for individual seat.
And now for biggest one..
5. There was no door separating the driver's cabin and passengers section. All the noise like
chatting of driver, honking, traffic noise was directly coming in. Even the air from drivers
window was blowing inside.
6. I heard driver and cleaner chatting that there was some issue with the rear tires. Thankfully the
bus did not break down on the way.
Good:
1. Seats were quite broad.
2. It really took me 11 hours from Indore to Pune. That also means that driver was driving it very
fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poor service. I will narrate to you a experience.
I booked a ticket from Pune to Mumbai AC Bus. The departure was around 6:30pm. So, we waited to the stop and a non-AC bus came. We went in seeing everyone else going in. A minute before departure I asked the conductor whether the bus was going to Mumbai, and he says NO. Now you are right for blaming me for not confirming this earlier. I was about to leave when a fellow passenger said that this bus is going to drop us at a 15 minutes distance from the boarding point. And at the drop the actual bus is going to pick us up.
Now, what if I had not boarded the bus? What if the passenger was not there who helped me?
I am never going for neeta travels again. Very poor service. The staff on the bus was very arrogant, unaccommodating. The bus was very congested. AC was poor as well. Only thing good about the bus is that we are given the mobile number of the driver of the bus.
