★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst ride. No safety. No Fire extinguisher. No escape route in case of a Fire in the coach or in case of an accident. The design of the BUS is like a Big steel cage where humans are placed in a worst possible positions. How they get license to operate in such condition? BIG PROFIT is the only motive. No customer service NO CUSTOMER CARE. NO TIME COMMITMENTS
Driver is stopping bus at every corner and nukkad to get more passengers & money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst experience with them. I had booked through redBus Bus came an hour and a half late. On top of that their customer service had were extremely rude and told me in turn "Aapko Jana hai ya nahi", which is an indirect threat. I feel they bank on the fact that since we have paid we'll put up with whatever behavior. Absolutely not acceptable.

I was to arrive vashi by 4 am but i got down at vashi by 7 am.
The bus driver and staff was so rude that when I inquired what the bus is late the got into a heated argument with me and started pushing me down and got physical fight which made me scare as I have never went through such an ordeal.
This bus is not safe to travel with family as they are not reliable and can make the journey a nightmare.
I am never going to travel with this bus.

With the bus not stopping at my bus stop, incorrect communication of this information with me via a passenger, a call support staff cutting the call, I was able to locate the bus on my own but it just stood and waited for more passengers to take on board and then realising they had taken more people than they could harbour. Reached the destination so very late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus was alright, however the roaming around, filling up their vacant seats irritates you. They actually waste a lot of time, can't even blame them, unless they have their seats filled it would not make sense to ply the bus. It is usually with the private bus service that this has been observed. Unless you have a lot of time and don't have anything thing to do besides waste a lot of time, you can book a ticket and do a Pune darshan or mumbai darshan. No issues with the bus and the comfort but have issues with the time taken to reach Mumbai from Pune and that too late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condition of the bus is okay, but the bus was very late for pickup and also one of the AC Vents was broken, so had a difficult time fixing that vent with a polybag, and had to tackle the water droplets falling from the vent. Also, while asking to change the seat, the driver, conducter refused to do so. I had to travel like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No other stop can beat this place. It is very reliable and efficient in its working. I am a regular traveller from this place and feel truly connected to this place at all times of the day. The people are kind hearted and helpful who open thier shops early in the morning for the travellers. There is this man who stays connected to all the drivers who will be coming to pick up at this spot. He is very compassionate to all the passengers and offers spontaneous trips to some of the last moment passengers coming there.
