★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I knew yoga would help my ailments physically and the changes in my attitude towards life. Yoga has helped me cure my skin disease and Asthama. Due to Menopause I had become restless, always angry at everyone. But after Joining sessions at Neeta Ma’m I have changed, no negative thoughts, feeling happy.
The experience I got while attending meditation session—I feel calm, full of energy and I feel as if I attained godliness. I felt I met my soul and some day by the grace of God and Neeta Madam I may attain –meet god..........My travel from US got successful after meeting her....Niharika.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a very high respect for yoga. I had NIL insight of Yoga. I approached “Neeta Yoga, Reiki, and Alternative Therapies Center” for physical benefits of yoga on my body, appearance and health.
When I met Ms. Neeta, she opened the multifold dimensions of Yoga before me. It changed my very approach towards the eternal science of Yoga.
Once I understood this, I took up “Yoga Teachers Training Course” at “Neeta Yoga, Reiki, and Alternative Therapies Center”. I received a good basic knowledge on Human Anatomy and Physiology, I practices the perfection of Yog-asans and pranayama.
I learned the perfect alignment and postures of asana’s and breathing. I explored and experienced the rejoice of meditation and Mantra. I also learned Reiki, Acupressure, meditation, and other Alternative Therapies also. She has great healing powers, flow of energy. I am happy to have a Teacher who introduced me with my inner happiness, my free soul and my clear conscience.
Now I can say I look at the life from a different perspective, Thanks Ms. Neeta and “Neeta Yoga, Reiki, and Alternative Therapies Center” for providing me this insight.
I recommend her for all the Therapies she renders***** and give 10/10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “I booked in for a Wellness Consultation with Neeta at “Neeta Holistic Yoga, Reiki, And Alternative Therapies Centre “after finding that her Yoga class had a real calming effect on me and wanted to understand more about other techniques that could help me with achieving a sense of wellness.
At the consultation I was answered a range of questions about my everyday life and events from the past. The consultation in itself was very therapeutic. Afterwards Neeta provided me with a Wellness Prescription with recommendations of what actions I could take in order to achieve my objective of lessening my anxiety and feeling better in myself rather than the usual action of turning to medicine for assistance.
Since the consultation my whole outlook has changed on how I treat my anxiety when it rears its ugly head. In the past I would have consulted the Doctor but now with Neeta’s assistance I find myself looking inward for the answer.” Neeta is very gentle, loving and supportive and fully explained everything to me during the consultation”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been my experience that her yoga skills are superior, have actually been executing correct yoga poses and have lot variations in her teaching. She is the best yoga instructor and very well versed with other therapies like Reiki, mantra etc...She can execute a posture on spot and the balance is great. This interactive features keep it interesting over time to go and attend her sessions...And learn other therapies too.... she is also having a great flow of energy...as I experienced while healing through Reiki... I must say this is the Authentic center for all your needs...I recommend her for all therapies and Yoga......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “Being new to the practice of Yoga, I attended my first class with “Neeta Holistic Yoga, Reiki, And Alternative Therapies Centre “but I need not have worried! Neeta has an attentive, relaxed and calming approach to teaching and gives each one of us individual attention, supporting and gently encouraging us into correct and safe poses. The class is gentle but still challenging. Since starting Yoga with Neeta about 6 months ago I feel it has had a positive effect on my life both physically and mentally resulting in better posture, flexibility and more energy. I feel better, more relaxed and peaceful following class. We end our class with relaxation and we all enjoy our closing ‘Thought for the day”
I feel her class is pitched at the right level for everyone in the group using her gentle, quiet and encouraging manner to ensure we all achieve our optimum level of movement. Yoga has increased my mobility and posture allowing me to enjoy more leisure activities. I only wish I had found the benefits of yoga years ago”
