About Neev Constructions
There is a need to build all the buildings with earthquake resistant design of structures. We can only improve the performance of a building by its flexibility. With ductile detailing, all the buildings provide more considerable deflections and enough time before the collapse of structure. Neev also ensures to make the Earthquake resistant design constructions of RCC building by considering earthquake load using the equivalent static load method.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The man named Rohit John took over the construction of our plot along with structure engineer Madhur Gupta. We had a bad experience right in the beginning. They took a heavy amount before starting the project. Seeing the unprofessional work, we terminated the agreement within a week's time.
If you are planning to give him your construction project, make sure you do not fall into the honey trap of the guy when he speaks of building aero bridge of Mohali airport. Also make sure the project sites he makes you visit are they actually constructed by him. Because he is a big liar and you need to counter check on whatever he speaks.
BEWARE OF NEEV CONSTRUCTION & SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My review is based on personal interaction with this guy Rohit. He is totally a unprofessional with no knowledge of construction. I gave my project in sec 110 Mohali for house construction. Starting from foundation , there were many flaws which created doubts about his capability . I had to ask him for his various projects he has done. I called owners of previous projects he has done. It was shocking that no one was positive . They told me to get rid of him . I has loss of more than 6 lakh as I ha to restart project from foundation. Please confirm from others and must ask Rohit about his previous projects before u hand over ur hard earned money.

It included everything from shifting of walls, floor tiles, complete woodwork, bathrooms, plumbing system, everything from civil work to interior and to my surprise they did a wonderful job.
