★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know what made the person I was talking to so mad at me. I am a student of pgdgc. Called in the institute regarding one of my assignment. Although I asked for the permission before talking that if they could be able to give me some information on phone call about the courses they provide in here. After 2-3 questions the person raised his voice and started yelling at me that he has given me enough information and if I want more I should visit the institute and show them the id. His way of talking I am talking about.
It isn't like I asked something inappropriate and if they were not okay with sharing they could have refused me in the very beginning. But instead of that they chose to ask me questions like where do I live specifically? what I do? How am I going to tell people about their institute?
I didn't find it very professional. And this type of behavior is not expected from a person in education department.
