★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company to work with. Anti employee policies. They deduct employees salary and leaves without any reason. That's not all, they even fire employees without giving a proper notice.
They make you work on weekends and overtime on weekdays but forget reimbursement for the same, infact, you might find your leaves deducted for some silliest reason.
Avoid joining this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biggest mistake of my life to join this company,,, In the letter they will say 9.5 hours of shift but every day you will have to work for minimum 13 hours.
I joined as a lead but was working like executive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible and pathetic org. Managers are abusive and not helpful. Buttering helps to survive in return work like a donkey. No logical application. This lady who says is a VP and has no manners is very arrogant, abusive, self centric . Due to her more than 50% team left. No future in org. Been for a year there and say biggest mistake of life. Fresher or experienced for both it is a bad company.
No stability or growth hence people leave in bunch.
Recently the entire IT team and payroll team left a organisation in a week's time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't read any positive review they are the leads who are writing good review!!!!! It's a company where employees are treated like they are slaves, you have to work 13 to 14 hours. Totally unethical environment. They will not give you overtime, incentive nothing. Don't join this company.

1. Don't join this company as a fresher as there is no growth and no increment in payment in this organisation.
2. But still u guys want to join this company as a fresher try to find out loopholes in the processes. Such as how to increase your count without even solving the cases this helps alot.
3. Don't ever do overtime in this company at any cost they don't provide OT or any incentives regarding that they give u threats like we will take HR action and all if u are not doing OT but they do nothing OT is totally depend on Employee wish.
4 try to do some technical cources while dooing this job don't waste your time for this job only try to get benifits of night shift and switch as soon as possible
5.this company is not for long term u can use it short term until u will get good job in your core field.
