The change so obvious which was noticed by friends & family. Showing steps for correct postures virtual batch feels like in same room.I encourage all looking for obvious results to join NFS virtual batches. Quite professional and moreover we all connect well which is of Prime importance.
Her motivation during our flounder, to Keep pushing hard makes us achieve more in terms of burning the calories because end of the day it’s all about being fit and getting trained from this virtual training is just the way ahead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a customer of Neha's Fitness since January 2019 and so far the experience is awesome! I have lost a good deal of belly fat and also developed muscles as well. Their cross-fit training is great as well. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, they have also started to offer online classes through Zoom. Even those are also value for money. I highly recommend of this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been working out with NFS since 7 years now and I'm just in love with their workouts. The environment is very friendly and lively. Moreover, the workout are routines are very different. Every month there is a new regime. I can actually notice changes in my body. Nihar is my trainer and workouts are with him are awesome they're super fun and he know how to push limits and make you work harder and harder.

She is a very highly qualified trainer with a very down to earth nature but at the same time possess professional, disciplined, expert and extremely knowledgeable approach while providing workout training.. A 110 marks out of 100 for Himanshi Shah ma'am..@NFS promises results. The atmosphere and vibes here are highly conducive, positive and staff is very friendly. You will get a @home feeling at NFS. Dhwani ma'am helped me in every way possible @time of my accident and even my training sessions were covered up which I missed at dat time. A Big Big Thanks ? to Nihar bhai for creating such a Vibrant and Result Oriented Culture@NFS.
