They take your interview,take sign on pay structure and tell u you confirm for position and dnt give offer letter and then they later tell you wen u call that they already hired somebody...very disappointing just kept waiting for week for offer letter.

There is no value for good employees.
Tremendous politics which in company hampers the employees and office enviroment. Few employees are very money minded and involed themselves in corruption...there is no value for honesty and hardwork.
Many of the company's employees are deprived from increment. annual performance evaluation program is pthectic......
