No security, amenities like working CCTV, proper water supply, lift accidents, builder Mr. Jain living abroad and absconding most of the times, property is being taken care by two of his employees and works only on Ram Bharose. Even not sure how he got clearance and all the necessary permits done for construction-could be money power. Please don't invest your hard earned money in ill-managed society.

Building is very in.
Transportation is very hard to find from this location

Huge ambience.
This project contain huge club house also.
Very High cost flat. Compare to locality.
Project is good looking. Having big podium parking.
Spaceious project.
I am giving 3 star because of design and architecture view of building is awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a chawl, not a society.. worst place to stay. Many problems and people are now habitual to them, they will only blaw blaw in whatsapp group, otherwise no action. Do not buy flat here, in fact not suitable for rent also. Worst quality material, no fire safety, now construction of 5 more floors above 15 floors, so for entire day, you will get drill machine sound and vibration in your flat.
