★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unprofessional behaviour from the HR and Recruitment department. I have given 3 rounds plus practical of interview with positive feedbacks and then they have started piece of sheets not giving any feedback or comments for the final round. I followed up many times and every time the HR said will get back to you as your profile is on hold. 2 months have passed since the interview was scheduled and I am still waiting on them to call me.
Please do some research before giving interview here. Total waste of time.. really disappointed ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had interview calls with Neosoft. I have cleared 1st round. Then in 2nd round they said that last round will be HR round. Then HR call again for 3rd technical round. Again. And even after this they didn't respond back. Whatever the result. Not a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional HR team. false commitment. After I had been cleared 2 technical rounds and submitting documentation HR was arguing about salary and also not responded and also not solving queries what i have.

Here Reward for hardwork is more hardwork and Reward for hardwork is more learning, better role and better opportunities. Apart from work, culture and policies are also best. Management and superior are also very much supportive.
