★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital ambiance is good. All doctors attend in multiple hospitals some are govt hospital doctors as well. And if within one week we go twice for check up with same doctor then they try to ignore us. Misbehaves with us eg Dr. Debasish

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a good pathology centre for testing. The staffs are helpful but not very polite as often speak in loud voice and don't accept some currency notes which are new but slightly dark or side torn. So better to bring plastic money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience from Dr Debasish Chakraborty. My mom reached him to check lungs after covid it's been 6months still my mom is coughing to death. Poor doctors says that she should undergo many tests post showing the report he mis behaves. He doesn't even care to look at the patients problem. This is pathetic and horrible Doctor works both at Apollo and Neotia. His licence should be grabbed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neotia Mediplus is a very good platform for patients. All the doctors are repulted.
Pathology centre is also with friendly staff.
But the behavoiur of" Lady attendent's" who maintain the appointment Serial No for visit is very bad.They play very worst behavoiur with Patient who were awaited in the serial. It seems they take some money i.e ( under table money) for placing the patient name in first order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will feel like you have entered a fish market where everyone is shouting. Not a healthy environment for patients. Although front desk staff behaviour is good but they also shout at top of their voice calling patients for payment, to queue infront of the doctor's cabin. Even staff communicate with each other in high pitch voice. Many a times it becomes very entertaining when a staff shouts a name of another who is not in the visinity and the person will respond from other another corner of the clinic. Management should take some action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good but most of the employees are basically illiterate. When it comes to measuring weight. Is it is 116.25 they'll write 162
And if it is 115.39 they will write 152.. And so on.. I can say this because the above incident happened with me otherwise everyone's behavior is good and the service is outstanding..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing experience even during a pandemic situation. Appointment scheduled for 5PM and yet first come first serve is supposed to be the order. It’s past 6PM and doctor hasn’t showed up yet. Place has multiple doctors and limited seating facility. There is no social distancing especially triggering for someone waiting with an elderly person and when mentioned to the facility, the response was useless and that of a disgust. Hoped for a better management at least during this time. The pictures will speak for themselves.
