My father undergoes dialysis at your Kolkata unit which is situated at Health Point Hospital. Today, due to travel, my father underwent dialysis at your Varanasi centre at Shubham Hospital.
I really appreciate your service, guidance and the care provided to my Father. The NephroPlus unit is doing a good job here in Varanasi as well as in Kolkata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor quality third grade machines always got malfunctioned.of nipro 55 surdial plus model .many times machines got corrupted during running dialysis. Shifts always started late due to shortage of staff and negligent staff most of staff are training students.poor management overall.despite repated complaints no action has been taken by the management
