★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After sales response and service is too worst. Don't even deserve one star rating. Never buy Neptune products. I have bought a mini weeder from Neptune head office directly which has worked fine for 20 days after which the flywheel broke leaving behind the starting coil misplaced. I have tried contacting Neptune customer care but there is no response. They are interested only to sell their products but not to take care of after sales service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad Service .....its about 9 months...I buyed brushcutter ...box sticker was 4 stroke so I put only petrol ...but latter I realise problem so I called 50+ times to company but they didn't have good response...and later I known that it was 2 stroke ..I send machine to company but they telling lots of reason ...they r avoiding to replace or repair...so big company but SOMETHING ON BOX AND INSIDE SOME OTHER PRODUCT...be careful guys
