★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my 2nd dose of Covishield here. I had an online appointment (9am-11am). I got there by 8:50am. There was a crowd outside the gate, it reminded me of my old times at the railway station. However, online appointments were being given priority so I got in pretty quickly and sat in the queue. There is a lot of running around from chair to chair inside but I must say that it is well arranged. I got vaccinated exactly after 1 hour from entering the gate. Expect 1-1.5 hours to get vaccinated here. Overall, a decent experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is well maintained by BMC. The food provided is of good quality. Each ward contains around 100beds. I would suggest people to take Bucket and Mug with them as it is not being provided by them. Also there are dogs roaming inside the ward, the care of which should be taken by BMC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my relative was admitted to this Centre. There are more than 2k beds. It's like a dormitory. Each individual is given a bed, fan, chair, bed sheet. The food provided is decent. You can carry your own tea/coffee bags. The doctors are nice, they visit regularly twice a day and provide medicines and check your BP, pulse. The bathrooms are common and are neat and clean. You get hot water to drink and bath. You have individual plug points to charge your phone. Do carry your kettle. Your friends or relatives can drop food or other essentials for you at the main gate mentioning your ward and bed no. The Govt is trying hard to restrict the no. of covid cases and treat them. Be safe, be healthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great work by MCGM and their staff. All process including vaccination takes place within 15-20 mins. Gone there between 4-5 pm. Offline available as well. But, go before enquiry. Thanks for reading.

Process
Online Appointment
At center
1) Seating queue for registration, computer person asks for mobile number and which vaccine covishiel or covaxin, 1st or 2nd, checks aadhar card asks for otp, gives you token to go inside.
2) again sit inside in queue and person comes checks token and writes your mobile number and age back of token.
3) inside for jab injection a 1 to 2 ml very small no pain, checks your aadhar and token and gives you injection of vaccine.
4) tells you to wait 30 min after injection to see if you have a reaction to jab.
5) you receive confirmation sms of certificate and leave.

Overall experience is comfortable . Drs come to visit 3times a day. Team here try to maintain Max hygiene. But it's patients who need to value n use the resources available. Recommended dr Ruchi she have that patience to answer all our query and gives right guidance.
That's where they missed the star
Food part need to improve a bit . It's healthy but taste has to be maintained u can't have same gravy fr all sabji. Dal rice is good. IN CASE THERE IS DELAY IN BREAKFAST OR MISSED PROVIDE DRY SNACKS OR BISCUITS FR BREAKFAST. There was a day where breakfast wasn't provided n there were ladies in my ward who didn't had any dry snacks left with them to eat they were empty stomach till lunch
Carry ur tissues handwash. Dustbin is Required in all toilet cabins sply in ladies bathroom. They do have one in common in all washrooms . They have provided the services but ladies don't know to use it right
Hatsoff to housekeeping team I have seen how messy these ladies make the place. Yeah but there is jhol everywhere I know it's huge place to broom. So thing is they come here broom a bit take photo and leave. 3 days they pick highly visual khachra and take pic for proof to their supervisor system n 4th day they took proper broom.
