Staff are toys in his hands....
I have taken my born baby for general checkup and after checking the first word that they have said is everything is ok but suger levels are very low.. Need to give her glucose through cyline.
Need to have an obersvation till evening...
Need one answer how come Just born baby without feeding her anything how glucose level will be shown in the report????

You takes money ...from patient...your service is not free....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given 0 stars if there is an option. Doctor may be good treatment wise but he is very commercial. They just make you wait in line for hours to confirm appointment. Even the line is very congested and no covid guidelines are being followed. Staff is very rude and they dont even answer your question properly. We went till doctor to complain about their behaviour and we were shocked to hear his response. He is intentionally making people wait with small kids for hours just to confirm appointment and when asked, he is saying "I am like this, you can leave if you have a problem. You dont have any authority to question my rules". Please think twice before you go to this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. (Only neonatologist locally) is good. But management also should be good. It is running because of the people from the nearby villages and staff treat them like third grade people. No proper communication. No online booking. No phone booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super hospital ,nice caring hospital look is commercial but Doctor is not a money minded,the way doctor has treating children is Awesome, I thik who ever giving negetive reviews they are feeling they are not up to him/hospital, it's a children's best hospital I have ever seen very systematic, and well organised. Thank you Ravi Kiran sir for treated my child in corona time when nobody cared.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.Kiran Garu is the best Neontologist and I would like to recommend our East and West Godavarian's to prefer Nest Hospital first for both Normal/emergency situations. The nursing staff are much professional to deal with Infants, Over all a very good experience with hospital.
