★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another nice flats in Newtown action area 1. Shopping malls and marketing area within your grips. Rooms are spacious and comfortable to you. Car parking space available here. Expensive price range. Bus stand approximate 5 minutes. Metro station to be opened shortly. Your nice living area with neat and clean surrounding areas attract you again and again. Awesome megacity and now most of the flats are vacant position. Maybe filled within a short period. Hope you will satisfied with the area and environmental scenery. Go green ?????, go Newtown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ground coverage area is more than typical floors which is useless... Floor to floor typical height of the building is much less than standard which is not acceptable when you're spending such amount of money for an appartment...
Security system is rubbish...
What I like about this building is the Husky family living there... ??? They're one of the most rare pets living in Kolkata...
