Just for the sake of this review I have to give them 1 star, otherwise I will give them in minus.
Please avoid this network provider.

My suggestion to all old customers that change internet connection and go for new internet service provider. This Net Point internet service provider is really weird not picking our calls very pathetic in customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no one to solve the net issue. Sometimes its work automatically n most of the time you were busy in resetting the router.I recommend not to take connection from Net Point.Most important i am writing this review via my phone data.Plz Suggest me reliable net provider in ghaziabad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently took connection from Net Point and was promptly installed and given connection, however the connection seems to be highly unreliable and you never know when will it work and when it will get disconnected. its same like ghaziabad electricity which cuts frequently and comes automatically too. The worst part is that no one is there is take your phone and hear about your complaint...Seems like the person who installed it has put my number in his rejection list as he never answers my call. Totally dissatisfy!! Ironically I have to use my data card Internet to write this review.. :)

I'm very much disappointed with the service that netpoint have....
No FollowUp Calls, No timely respond = Message Seen, Never give resolution.
Pese maangte time On the spot Pese Chaaiye, Net 30din mai se 15 din milta hai.
I'll suggest you to use Jio Sim Connections Because JIO is far better than this, Sasta without interruption, Well choose Better than this....go for Binatone, Hope you all better understand.

In 24 hours internet will not work more than 5-6 hours.
No Customer support, no one will pick your call.
You will cry almost for opting this service.
I will suggest please don't go with net point.
Mobile internet are better than this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor net speed , initially they told me switch to fiber connection and net speed and disconnection issue get resolved , so i moved from normal connection to fiber connection with 100 mbps speed and still have same issue , max speed i get in 100MBPS connection is 35MBPS also net is frequently disconnected for fraction of second if you are think to work some official work with there internet connection so my suggestion please don't go with them. You can use some other connection even jio mobile net is far better than net point fiber net
Totally disappointed I waste my 1500 for moving from normal connection to fiber connection and 1000 for 100 MBPS connection...
