★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The auditorium holds several programs from movies every weekend for students as well as faculty to performance by renowned artists and pundits. Sometimes musical performance by top musicians is held. The speakers can get a little loud but all in all it's a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place for enjoyment, a little refreshment after week long tiring works (for people like me who are RS) as here they show movies every weekend. Sometimes movies got cancelled as it is also used for some events but it's worth waiting for next weekend. Good auditorium with large accommodation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is inside the IIT Kharagpur campus, which primarily screens movies in the weekends for IIT students, faculty and staffs for free.
One needs to carry his institute id card. Sound quality is average, seats are okay. There is food court outside the hall which serve snacks at nominal rates. I don't think they allow outside people here. Overall a good place to enjoy movie with your friends in the weekends.
The auditorium is also used to host other events.
