★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rates are a bit higher than average and speed is also not upto the mark they should be providing. Still good enough. The only thing is their uptime is awesome as there are very rare times when the connection is not working. They have a very good hold in the Shirpur areas and they don't actually let people take over their customers. Staff is very active and services are very fast. I just expect that they should be keeping the rates as per the market because once Jio and Airtel enter all the areas, they will steal all your customers.

Even they provide nice internet service.
They are too slow at their work.
My problem was solved after 2 months after calling them.
They should insured proper service to customer.
