This building and the facilities are kind of nice here, and supposedly, the classrooms and Halls are well maintained, with nice acoustics and projection screen. However, the quality of training this place imparts may not be reflective on the general attitude of government employees.

I have already attend five computer tests (examinations were conducted by West Bengal Health and Family Welfare). Some office staff were very well behaved but few were Angry Birds...
Premises are well planned and maintained. Plantation and gardening are eye catching and beautiful in single word.
Very charming thing is that, they follow good sanitization strategy in COVID-19 situation for person to person, even for computer room, conference room etc.
In some PCs, mouse and keyboard showed problem with uneasy click and press, respectively.
That is reason, I just give 4 out of 5.
