★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They refused to administer 2nd dose vaccine to senior citizen even though I booked the slot on COWIN. They said server is down and no one is there in the Hospital to provide backup or support. They said they would call me next day for Vaccination but no one called. If the patient gets infected with COVID then who will be responsible??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is nothing but a heartless rude business organization who rob patients. If you really value your life, money and family then don't fell into their trap. Luckily I came out of their trap and got the best treatment with world-class facilities in TATA MEDICAL CENTER, NEWTON, KOLKATA. The amount Rs. 2.5lac asked by them was treated but Tata in 64k.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Godly service. Heaven for patient and patient party. No words to define. I took my mom at 3rd stage Cancer when the Hospital was located at Park Street. Today my mom is free from Cancer. Thank to NCRI Team who gave my mom back to me. May God bless them whole heartedly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not Even eligible for Sigle Star, Too bad hospital, never ever seen my life , very bad experience. no one is working their work correctly , staffs are too bad & rude , even Doctor it self , believe me what ever 4 star rating are seeing all are from the hospital staff or from their relative or friend or may be paid,, (just notice that owner is appreciating for high rating review but owner is not bother about the low rating that to owner is not even asked to reviewer reason for low rating )
minimum courtesy they don't have, i don’t want to give any comments on Tonmoy sir, he is really good apart from him no one is good including swiper ,
1>Jayashree , she is too bad , she don't know how to behave with patent , heartless
2>Rana Danda really too bad , i don’t know from which family he is came from , seems His way of talking is like from slum family he is belonging ,
3> Account / Receptionist: Horrible
4> Security : Horrible
5> Non medical staff and nurse : Busy on mobile and chitchat with their colleagues
6> Medicine : too slow for making bill

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a worthless hospital i have ever seen in my life.They are only misusing SASTHO-SATHI CARD and making Patient fool as well as patient's family members.they are creating a trap to increase the BILL AMOUNT. No clarity i have found in any tests done on my patient.Management occasionally comes for the verification but they never communicate with the patient or with the family members. The Behavior of all the staff is very poor. They dont even give proper medicine to the patient but they are doing the billing and charging for the same.Only i found DR.TANMOY KUMAR MONDOL fully supportive and helpfull and who understand the pain of a poor people.
Finally,i like to say this hospital is purely doing business with the patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated at Panchpota, a little distant from New Garia, this hospital deals with cancer only. The SS processing and following formalities are done discreetly here. The doctor we took counsel from, is a good listener, sympathetic and always at the other end of the line. The Help Desk personnel, SS guys, nursing staffs, ward boys are exemplary in their behaviour. However, still, this hospital deserves a staggering low rating just for the inhumane treatment by the SECURITY PERSONNEL. This maybe the first hospital in my knowledge to have guards doing whataboutery at the door - first of all - why a hospital is not open for everyone is the primary question. The ones at the front keep asking the same question even one revisits him multiple times a day, indirectly harassing, stopping, delaying what could be easily avoided keeping in mind , that it is indeed a hospital. One just does not come to roam a cancer hospital. The pain of one's dear one's bereavement already goes through prematurely in their minds, and when everyone else is realising this basic , why aren't they ? Official complaint against them would yield much unnecessary noise , they should not occasionally stop and behave authoritatively towards people for whom the institute runs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited atleast twice every month since december last year for my uncle's treatment. I wish they'd increase their back office team and followed a better system. Had to wait till 4-5pm each time despite reaching there by 6am. Very disappointing!
