★ ★ ★ ★ ★ company is so good, their policy, management,HR etc.., but internally people are crazy to do "chaplusi" from manager to developer. especially those people who are working for a long time. they are expert in "Chaplusi" and they know better how to play with junior.

In the end, I can say it's a very good growing company.
If I will get a chance to join again, I will join without thinking.
