Not understand employee situation only think own company and not provide salary on the time. When employee leave this company so mentally harassment and deduct your salary own term and condition. I suggest to all please don't go on this company. My personal experience is not good for employee.

Accept that you are maintaining a bad culture and try to improve. Don't give yourself false hopes that you are good
