★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst net service in Hoshiarpur i know in some areas we dont have any option but them.....the person named Ajay is a big A@&Hole. Before you talk to them ask if its ajay dont start conversation cause he is totally rude and unprofessional guy and will make you mad on call only and before you connect them try ti search any other wifi service in your area and go for it like BSNL,AIR BEAM WHAT EVER but make it as last option in your list dont know owner but beware of AJAY dont deal with him

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Netplus wifi connection broke down two days ago. Complaint was registered right after this, yet it hasn't been corrected.
Called 9 times today since 9 am and what we get to hear is "Bass ho raha hai!".
Very poor customer services , completely unsatisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't know how Netplus service might be because they keep ignoring my calls even though I was promised they would call me within 24 hours (been 5 days now). Wouldn't want a provider with such pathetic service. Please look elsewhere. Get a 10mbps BSNL connection but not this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just tried getting a connection in hoshiarpur. It has been 2 weeks now. One day a person came and drilled a hole, then the 2nd day someone came to do the wiring. It has been 3 days now and now waiting for someone to come and install the modem. Then perhaps after a week someone will come and start the connection. I haven't seen a more pathetic customer service. Local people they have hired don't even bother picking up the phone. This is a cautionary note for anyone whose interested in their network. Do not and I repeat do not choose netplus

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service, taken plan of 100mbps and then came to know my moden which was intalled after payment of 2500 only spport 40 mbs max speed. when contacted with customer care they said its not their responsibilty and caontact local provider. Now you are on your local provider pitty to change modem and you know how things work here. after 15 days of unlimited calls and tracking i prefer to but aitel dongle which is giving more than 50 Mbps speed and saved my self from misery. BEWARE of them. No service once you paid money only infinite misery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They wasted my 1 month time. They don't even know how to lie to customer.
Service provider is saying on call-we have modems and Technician is going to visit my location and he gave his no. Technician don't even receive any order to visit my location. After two weeks when he finally came and said he will setup wifi within 24 hours. Next day he told me he cannot setup because when they don't have modems and wire nd he cut the call.
I have heard netplus speed is good. As my friends from other district suggested me. But i will say these Hoshiarpur service providers are
ਜੁੱਤੀ ਦੇ ਯਾਰ । ਜਿੰਨੀ ਦੇਰ ਤੱਕ ਪੈਂਦੀਆਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਕੰਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨਾ।

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. Nobody bothers to pick up calls and nobody reminds you to pay your internet bill and they cut it without warning too also is keeps getting shut off on its own. Useless !! Jio fiber or airtel will be better. Don't fall in their trap.
