★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give him a ZERO rating but I couldn't, after purchasing an RO from Netrox Aqua (Rajiv Owner) for 5000 in May 2020, he forgot me and his RO he sold me, after sales he doesn't bother about his customers and more over his attitude is like I don't provide free service.
My RO had an issue with filter and the membrane got chocked as he did not come for the service even after I requested multiple times.
I chased him over the phone like anything (more than 4 months) complained about him in Police station and I was also ready to go consumer court, then he realized that things can be worse for him.
He later sent his guy and replace the outside filter and membrane for free. I really don't understand why I had to go through such a dramatic and critical situation when I have bought it from the Owner and he promised me to give 3 free services.
This Rajiv Owner and the company really sucks. Please beware people like him.
