Please donβt go if u want to save your life and your dear ones .

β β β β β My answer to 1 star or zero star public, I gone through the process of covid rt pcr test , they have token system giving 100 tokens in morning and 100 in evening .. after that 30 patients taken inside lab for testing every hour ..----online form is just meant for computer entries so there is no glitch of any spelling and mobile number address. Our people are not understanding this normal things...when people are not civilized and not maintaining social distance ..how they can blame lab personnel, these first line workers working round the clock and if they don't pick a phone ..people are telling they are worst ..how amazing patients are ..God bless this people.. they should take sample of atleast 100 patients of corona ..then and then they can understand the situation of medical personnel

β β β β β How one can say this is a world-class laboratory when their employees are sleeping on reception like this, when you visit the laboratory.
I have booked appointment prior to my visit, yet there was no one responding to me. Their staff is really inadequate. They should atleast hire proper staff.
They may have good equipment and all, but their staff is useless.

They forgets patient's name , age and sometime lab staff behaves rudely,
Pay 100 Rupies extra but Don't go for it...

β β β β β In this pandemic time of COVID-19 Omicron variant spread up, A bad example of carelessness can be seen in images.
Also at the reception, a child was deputed to give instructions even he has no specific information about the testings.
1 hour of waiting just because the enough staff is not present in the lab, made me to give single star.
