★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This lab is a joke! Gave me a RT-PCR report with that has misprinted QR code (it was cut off on the left as paper was not fed in printer properly). When I raised a query, 3 of the staff said it's correctly printed.
Then I had to wait for 30 mins to get a soft copy which confirmed it was indeed misprinted. And then another 30 mins to get correct print of the scan. Seriously!
If I hadn't checked it, I'd have been stranded at the airport in the middle of the night. These folks have zero understanding of the criticality of the work they do and worse sense of time.
