★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently, I booked for a study cum computer table with this shop New A K Furnitures on May 22 of 2015. I paid an advance amount of Rs. 5000. When they showed me the finished product in June 2015, I found the dimensions were not kept as per the drawing I approved during advance payment. The company has refused to repair or replace with the correct furniture. Neither it returned the advance amount I paid. Although, earlier they made another furniture quite well, this time their performance has been unsatisfactory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few yrs Back I bought 2 Segun kath Beds, but when Recently I called carpenter to repair it they shown me the entire bed was made of local playwood & only outside meterial which can be seen is solid wood.. everywhere ot is just made of local Plywood. I have never felt so cheated in my life. New A.K. Furniture is the number 1 chor shop one will ever visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only big promises. They delivered my product 2 weeks after the promised date. Behaviour of the staff sujay gupta is rude and unprofessional. I would advise not to go for this furniture company at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No price tag of the items. Manager is oversmart and tells price from memory. If price of item is Rs. 100 on Monday, it may be Rs.110 on Tuesday. Transport charge is very high. You may discover some scratches on the furniture when transported to your house.
