★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased several laptops from New Alpha Computers and before purchasing the laptops I compare the price with several other companies but now one explaining like New Alpha Team and as per price wise if we can see we can get the best price from New Alpha Computers than others and also after purchased I talked with them several times when I get any help in software installation so I get instantly help from them.
I like the service they are providing and this is need to learn also to grow our business.
I have my own I.T company and if I need any help in software so in my mind only one name coming which is New Alpha Computers because of
-> Their Service
-> Instant reply and solutions.
-> Cost wise best than others
-> Their skills of explaination is best each person can understand easily because they are explaining in English or Gujarati, or Hindi, we like.
In short if anytime in future I need any computer or laptop then I will select only one which is New Alpha Computers.

My laptop was not working and I had an emergency so I told Ketan bhai and he sanitized the pen drive and gave it to me. And even though he wasn't on duty, he guided me and immediately repaired my laptop. So I highly recommend them for any computer problems.

They will help anytime. I highly recommend. They are doing Great things in service just only to get customer satisfactions and never try to misbehave with the customer no matter your product is in warranty period or not their service is always for you no matter wherever you are.
