★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogant shop owner. Thinks he is the only medical shopkeeper in Pune. Supplied a substandard item to me. When I went back and requested him to look into it he spoke as if I have broken the product and have gone to beg him for replacement. Even the so called home supply he does - he isn't prompt. Need to call him repeatedly and he would lie about it or not pick the phone. There are better medical stores - this one can clearly be avoided.
