★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travelled from Surat to Rajkot with New Bharat Travel. The bus was on time while picking up. The quality of the sleeper sofa was good. Compared to others it was better and also has sliding doors. The stop at the hotel was however not good. Maybe they could have made a stop somewhere else. The journey was comfortable with nothing much of a problem. Infact the arrival was 30 min earlier than estimated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus service is excellent.. I m frequent user of this bus.. Bus is on time as always.. But what a dislike is price is different for different passenger.. Huge difference of price when you book ticket in advance and raise your hand on road... That's why gave 3 star.. If you follow universal policy for all, than every passenger book ticket in advance with same price..
