★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place has degraded a lot in recent times. I had been a frequent visitor and I can see the journey of the outlet from riches to rags in terms of quality and value for money. The place is however well maintained, clean, hygienic and the staff is very prompt and well behaved. Also, important for people with cars is that they have a reserved basement parking space.

All chais are refreshing too.

Loved the adrak chai, they have great variety of milk and green tea
Bun maska is the best i had here,
They also give cute small parleg pack with tea, amazing experience
They also have parking available
I would totally recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to have snacks and you kinda are fond of cheese, give the corn cheese pani puri a try! It was good. Alu paratha was wholesome too. The place has a retro getup. The only drawback is that - Not much of an option you get there! But if you are okay with snacks alone, it is good spot to chill out for an hour or two!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is rude. Their service is late but when someone confronted them instead of handling it nicely they reply back in very rude manner. Saw this happening with when an old age aunty.
Tea nothing that's special , jal jeera okay okay but costly. One positive side- it's a pure veg place.
