★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got Cheated as we bought 2 nos yearly planner of 2016 costing rs 150 each. It is converted from old 2015 planner by putting stickers of 2016 and 29th february. All Sundays depictions are falling on Mondays or Tuesday's.
Shameful act by store who thinks themselves to be clever and feels customers are fools.
Their act should be brought in the knowledge of public at large.
The store may be cheating customers by various other methods.when they can do such open cheating it is a clear indicator of zero reliability of the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sold me an old and over-priced Camel ink bottle made to look new by a plastic packaging over a paper box which turned out to be torn and sealed with cello tape. Staff had a bored and indifferent attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a bunch of letter pad a month ago. Good quality, but overpriced. I just ask him for one cover, but he tell that it only available as a set of cover's. Due to my necessity it's become compulsory to purchase. And also there is no any other related Shop near this area. I think they take advantage of this think. Hope they can be better the way of treat the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ shop owner and his staff is rude. they think they are doing some 'ehsaan' on you by letting you buy from their shop. I faced same issue on no. of occasions. this time I was late by 15 mins but the shop was still open and some customers were inside the shop. as i tried to enter a staff man stopped me 'sir we are closed' I requested them since I came from a very distant place but they didn't allow me. But they allowed a sardar who came after me . When I questioned the guy why he allowed him and not me he replied 'sardar hai vo sardaro ko kon rok sakta hai'
also they didnt allow a girl and her family. The girl and his father requested but to no avail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad store. I went there and was attended by a guy who looked like a beggar or something who was extremely rude, given the fact that it didn't look like he'd washed in ages. God. The things you have to suffer these days. I just dropped the stuff I had wanted to buy and left. I normally buy my stuff from Gautam Nagar. I just saw this shop and thought of trying it out. I'll just stick to the Gautam Nagar store thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place. I went there to buy a pen with name engraved on it.
They changed the pen by mistake and then they tried to sell that one to me. I had a huge fight with the owner over this. Finally, he agreed to change it. Then he delayed the delivery by 3 more days.
So it took me 6 days to get a pen. And the tone of the owner was nowhere near apologetic. He is so full of himself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although they have all the stuffs you want in a stationary shop, all the staff including the owner are very rude and arrogant in their behaviour towards the customers. They won't allow you to touch any of the objects even to check on the quality. Hence the experience here was extremely off-putting and they were not ready to listen to us or apologise when we brought the same to their notice. Shops should be customer friendly!
