★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giridih station is the terminal station located on the western end of Giridih–Madhupur lineof the Asansol Railway division in the Eastern Railway Zone of Indian Railways.[4] The Madhupur–Giridih route is a single line Broad Gauge between the two main railway stations Giridih and Madhupur Junction. The total length of the route is 38 kilometres (24 mi). It has a single platform and handles a total of 14 trains daily.A train station, railway station, railroad stationor depot is a railway facility or area where trains regularly stop to load or unload passengers or freight or both. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly built Railway Station in Giridih. It is located after BNS DAV public school and before Giridih college. It is still under construction. Road is not good. Tempo available for commuting. It is better to get down at Salia Railway Station in Pachamba if travelling from Madhupur to Furnish and vice-versa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Presently this is incomplete,in coming 6-7 months it will be completed and serve giridih people. Trains will run between giridih and koderma. Located at outskirts of giridih in bengabad route. People can reach there by taking path just opposite the giridih college.
