★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NIACL is office is located on the 6th floor. A couple of elevators are there in building to ease your movement along the floors. You have public washrooms in here, although not in a premium condition. Water supply and drinking water facilities are good. Building is surrounded by many restaurants and food stalls. A good place overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had gone to address the employees on Asthma Awareness as a part of World Asthma Day program. The CRM is a courteous officer. I was warmly and courteously welcomed. The employees and staff also listened in rapt attention. Their Conference Room has a nice large LED screen projector, which is something rare even in the best institutions.
