★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst insurance provider ever. Do not ever purchase insurance from them. My policy number is 83000031170300018082. Its been more than 1.5 months, still didn't receive my refund. When I spoke to the inspector Charanjeet Singh around 3 weeks ago, he said you'll receive the money within 15 days max as the issuing office is Mumbai and it will take some time for the files to reach Mumbai and till now didn't receive anything. When contacted the customer care, they said no claims have been registered yet to the policy number. Then to avoid more conversation, they gave me some number to contact them but they do not pick up your calls. Sent 5 mails till now from yesterday, still didn't receive any response. My worst decision ever to purchase insurance from NEW INDIA ASSURANCE. I wish I could have given 0 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From last 4 years i had my motor insurance with them.
Unfortunately i had to claim due to an accident this year. After which i came to know that why people are fed up of govt services and running after private service providers inspite of bit high premium.
First u will run for the survey of your vehicle,
then for documentation,then for approval,then claim amount.
I am still waiting fot my claim amount and it's been 20 days.
Nobody picks phone at branch offices.
Pathetic service and professionalism.
