★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are EV charges being set up at this petrol pump. Hope they will have more CCS2 sockets when these are open. Currently there is only one with installed CCS2 socket.
UPDATE 23-Jan-2021: All three chargers with CHAdeMO plugs are operational. The one with CCS2 is still not commissioned.

Cleaning were not not done at all.
No COVID measure visible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The IOC petrol pump situated on the Mumbai Pune express way is very large and State of the art pump, but only infrastructure 8s not sufficient enough to serve the society, it also requires the trained professionals which is missing here.
People are very lessy, unprofessional, unwanted to work, one or two fuelling station works and rest all the staff is busy on phone, chatting etc.
If fuelling is not on priority which is revenue generation activities, one can think of additional services like air, water, washroom etc.
Non of the additional services are available, staff replies system is down, machine is not working, no one 8s available etc
The senior management is also supports the team instead of getting them to work.
Just see the difference of services in next HP pump, it's live and enthusiasm of team be at fuelling station, air water anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the way to Lonavala. Actually this is one of the honest pump and nice people I have seen. Very good and clean and important thing is this Pump is very busy due to its location yet the staff is always very welcoming!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New fuel stations, well maintained, huge in size. Located on busy highway and there's always customers available. Near the petrol pump available new food plaza (Starbucks, KFC, MacDonald, south Indian food, chicki shops). Washroom available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a nice outlet on express way to stop over and fill your vehicle tank, though the staff there seems to be bit slacker. I have visited this outlet for more than 50 times and almost at all instances I found that the staffs are gathered at one pump out of 20 pumps and busy in gossiping. If you park your vehicle at a pump at your convenience, they even don't bother to come and fill your tank. Instead they give a rude gesture to park your vehicle where they all all grouped. Even you do so, they are busy talking with there follow group until you honk. Little training to the staffs to handle customer will make this stop awesome.
