Very unprofessional staff and completely chaos style of working.Only interesting in minting money. They never keep their words and doesn't value other people time .Better to visit other branch then Janapriya Kasturi nagar branch .My recommendation HIGHLY NO...IF YOU ARE KIND OF PERSON WHO LEARN FROM HIS MISTAKES THEN MUST VISIT.....IF YOU LEARN FROM OTHERS MISTAKES THEN YOU KNOW.....

One of the worst hospitals in Bangalore. Never ever take your loved ones here. Can refer your enemies though. Had my dad hospitalised here and they used every opportunity to prescribe unwanted medicines which were never used for treating. They wouldn’t start the treatment until you purchase the medicines even though they have a stock in ICU just because they r not sure if you have enough funds to clear the bill

Went there for usg pelvis. Dr Uma Shankar the radiologist there was rude and in a hurry to finish the scan. I am a doctor myself and he did not have the courtesy to talk well. My bladder was not full yet and still he continued with the scan and in report mentioned as well distended bladder. The report was typed by a worker and doctor did not bother to read it before signing. They charged 1600 for this scan and it's not worth a penny. Please do not consult with this radiologist.

No proper diagnosis, no proper treatment, 4 days after discharge, struggling with same symptoms and no relief. As mine was insurance case, there was no dearth for specialists visiting me during the course of treatment, they spent nothing more than a mins. Didn't try to identify what the problem is and here I am struggling and going to visit a pulmonologist who knows his subject soon. It was just for distance from my place that cgise this hospital and now filled with regret.

I went to this hospital for cold headache and fever Dr Rachana was there in the emergency room. She was so carelessness and irresponsible towards patients she never ask patient for the issue instead she ask nurses what is the issue with patients. I myself called doctor and told what are my symptoms and explaining her.She prescribed me IV injection. Later I ask what injection you are giving me she was not sure what injection she prescribed and asking nurses. She is not looking at the patients and prescribing she is just listening to nurse and writing the prescription and she is not sure to whom what she wrote when four or five people in the emergency room..after giving the injection I suddenly got breathlesness suffocation and sweating I called doctor as she was visible to me and nurses were not around but she was not able to hear bcos she was wearing earphones. I feel doctor should be more responsible while in emergency room se was sitting in one place only and spending time in mobile. I called the security near the door and asked him to call doctor security called even then she dint hear later nurse came and I asked nurse to call then she turned and asking what and she is telling nurse to check what's happening to me and then telling giv avil injection. when I faced same issue before doctors used to give me test dose first. but Dr Rachana din give me test dose at all in first instead she is suggesting me after the reaction....after some time I asked her can I feed my baby after this injection s she is telling consultant gynocologist.. does that make any sense?????. I feel doctor must be more confident and responsible to advice the patients...at that moment I can't take gynocologist appointment and keep asking can I feed or not after taking the injection... general physician shd know the sideffcts and advice confidently to patients . I feel hospital management shd train the doctors and nurses well. When nurse removed my IV injection it was bleeding badly...it din stop at all they were not professional in removing....when I undergone delivery And took IV injection for three days also I never bleeded once also..I feel staffs need good training which is spoiling the hospital reputation and moreover hospital is in prime location we expect we'll responsible doctors and nurses please ...I'm totally disappointed

Highly disappointed, dejected and deceived by Dr. H. Santosh Kumar, Neurologist. Charged Rs. 1500 for consultation. Spent 4-5 minutes with me. Took 3-4 seconds to read my MRI report. Yes! I repeat, 3-4 seconds. Didn't not even care to see the MRI film! Saw it for 2-3 seconds with naked eyes! I was the first patient with appointment at 11 am. Dr. came at 11.25. Dr didn't try to connect with me! Talked and behaved like a Govt officer/govt doctor. Without even seeing the MRI film and fully reading the report, he concluded. I have highest respect and regards to Dr. Surjit Singh and Janapriya hospital. But this is highly disappointing! Even Appollo or Columbia Asia or Manipal doesn't charge Rs. 1500 for a consultation which lasted for 4 minutes. I went there for a first time epilepsy consultation. My mistake is that I assumed that Dr. Santosh, Neurologist is the one who practices in Specialist Hospital. Sic. Dr! Have some conscience!
