★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most unhygienic place that "offers" medical treatment. In what universe is this place called a hospital I have no idea. The place stinks - literally and figuratively. And so overpriced that makes you feel a place like Starbucks is reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited gen physician for checking fever and doctor with out even checking anything directly said go for blood test . Such hospital are targeting poor people scaring them and making money. Being a doctor is become a money making opportunity as instructed by hospitals to make unnecessary bills for no reason. Never visit New JP hospital

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are excellent but staff behaviour is rude to patients. Especially the in-house pharmacy is pathetic.. they really treat you as if they are doing a favour on you by giving u prescribed medicines.
. Not good for the Hospital's reputation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unprofessional staff, doctors don’t turn up on time specifically Mr Sandeep Saboo, time mentioned on the board is 7:30pm and doctor turned up at 9:15pm. No proper intimation of their so called great doctors expected time of arrival. When asked about the same staff tend to ignore questions, unless the voice is raised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In these testing times of Covid-19, my wife & me were not feeling well due to age. We both were Covid Negative, but it was a risky situation to go out of the house for routine medical treatment.
Fortunately, we were under preliminary home care medical treatment of Dr Arvind Klamath of Dr. Prabhu Solanki's Amardeep Nursing Home, Andheri East.
We we were advised by Dr. Prabhu Solanki's team of doctors to get my wife & me admitted at New JP Hospital, Saki Naka, Andheri East for further treatment.
Under guidance of Dr. Prabhu Solanki, his team of doctors and the staff at New JP Hospital, we were well treated for our ailments.
We wish to mention the genius Dr. Nilesh Padhiyar for his super medical guidance and the extraordinary medical treatment given to us.
We convey our sincere gratitude to Dr. Prabhu Solanki, Dr. Arvind Kamath, Dr. Nilesh Padhiyar and above all the staff of New JP Hospital for their support and courteousy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. It's worst hospital. Lack of infrastructure. Don't have any facilities. My dadi condition was critical, this is the nearest hospital to my residence, they didn't admit the patient, they didn't even bother to check up, becz they fear dadi have covid. We admitted her in different hospital. in one hour her stage was normal. Disgusting behaviour. Don't go in this hospital. If you have emergency pls find different hospital.
