★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Date: 14/04/2019 Time 2:15 PM (Lunchtime). I and my friend visited this restaurant for having lunch. They gave us old chicken to eat. I called the person who was standing in cash counter and given to him to smell it. That was felt bad smell. I sure one thing that all piece of chicken was not bad, but they mixed old chicken and served us. I’m not a person to write bad review. This is the first review in my life ever.. They didn’t take any serious, That’s why I decided to write a review. So please care your health all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a mid-sized mediocre non-vegetarian eat-out place near DLF New Town. This place is not that great w.r.t quality and taste. They have a lot of non-vegetarian dishes in the menu, but nothing special to mention. They have tandoori items too. The shawarma section is quite busy and is a fast moving roll. The Arabian pulpy grape juice is very good. Ambience and hygiene is a concern. Also the place is usually crowded with gangs of bachelors some of who would also be drunk making this not a very pleasant place for girls, women and family. The food colorful but usually contains added colors. Cost is moderate. Decide on your own.

Here you go:
This was my second time when I took out my dinner. Last time I ordered from this place through Swiggy when the parathas were delivered cold. I gave a benefit of doubt to the outlet that may be swiggy delayed the pickup and that might have caused the parathas to be cold.
This time I personally went to the outlet and before placing the order checked with the person at the counter if parathas will be hot which he affirmatively responded. I trusted him and place the order. Waiting time was decent. When I open the order and started eating, realized that the parathas were not only cold but also felt like these parathas were made yesterday and just served today. So it's confirmed, they serve cold parathas as they cook it when the order is placed but instead prepare it in bulk then serve the customers as and when the order is placed.
Paneer Manchurian was good, I will acknowledge that. But a delicious Paneer Manchurian does not go well with cold, soggy and spoiled parathas - and I guess this does not require high IQ to get this fact.
Later on called the outlet and complained to the outlet but the response was anything but not customer friendly. The concern was not acknowledged but instead questioned and neglected that a bad quality dish was served. With overall experiences over multiple times, I would not recommend anyone to dine here or take out an order if the order contains parathas or any Indian bread other than Tandoor. Avoid it.
