★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hard to find but highly recommend. Beside Starbucks at Connaught place ( pass Starbucks on your right and it’s 5 steps further), up narrow steps to the upper floor. Having searched many stores and been directed (and misdirected) to tourist traps, it was a pleasure to find this store. You should know- we didn’t buy anything here! Great quality rugs and pashminas but we had a specific rug in mind that they didn’t have. The fact that I still choose to write a review (I never write reviews) tells you something. The older gentleman was lovely, explained everything, I showed him what I had in mind, he showed me what he had, talked through quality differences and when he didn’t have what I was looking for not only did he not push- he actually recommended somewhere else to go! After 2 days of everyone trying to sell us everything it was refreshing to find someone who genuinely cared about tourists and making a good impression for India.
