★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. The distributor’s sole purpose was to sell not caring about the comfort of the senior citizen. He even talks too much and starts telling the senior citizen that ur not paying attention, why r u wearing specs, why r u wearing earrings and talks so much nonsense that the senior citizen gets tired and gives in. It’s a harassment of a different kind. Only interested in sales. Despite our repeated requests that the hearing aid is not comfortable, he only offers readjustment (which we got 3 times ) and doesn’t care after that if the customer is satisfied or comfortable or not. Do not go in for their devices. A big NO. I will be posting the review again after a couple of days on all social media pages and what’s app groups
