★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Komal arts isa place where they try to sell you the most irrelevant and the most expensive product, even if when we don't wanna purchase it. Moreover the customer dealing is very poor, the supervisor and the owner are very rude in case customer comes for exchange. Also, strategically they try to sell the most expensive products which are not purchased usually by customers. If there was 0 rating, I would have opted 0 for Komal Arts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The incharge Mr Verma is a forceful seller and rude with customers who come for exchange. Even the owner disregards when some customer gives a feedback. They also don't give any offers which brands give world wide. I strongly donot recommend this place. They enjoy the monopoly over the small market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a lady's store. Basically caters to personal products, inner garments, make-up cosmetics etc. But the choice is immense, as told to me by spouse. They accept cash, cards and e-wallets. By the way, I found most sales personnel, not properly wearing face masks, and that's a real concern to visit here during the ongoing covid pandemic! We weren't even subjected to body temperature check! All precautions gone to the dogs here!
