I'm so grateful that they have accepted my appointment on last moments. Their staff is skilled and polite.The atmosphere is very much friendly. Their charges are so reasonable and they are so professional in their job. Parth bhai and Akshar bhai personally done my hair because somewhere else I got my hair much damaged. I'm so glad that I went to new look salon for my hair solution ❤️?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Changing my given ratings from 5 star to 2 stars. From the last 4 times I am not getting proper hair cuts. Even after repeatedly told that I want my hair to have a decent cut and look like a corporate proper look, this is what they did today and in the past 3 times. They just use the trimmer to make the process easy but cut down the hair so small that it gives a CHAPRI LOOK. Does this looks like a decent cut???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ See the picture of my hair, who can tell I have done smoothing with keratin before one month, they did smoothing with keratin on my first visit and took 7500 for service and extra for shampoo and all, when I went their again to show them that my hair was as like before the treatment, the owner agreed to me and said he will do it again as there is no change in my hair at all he done only keratin treatment again and said now I have to take other brand shampoo & conditioner which cost me extra 1700 rs. he gave me 100rs discount on that and said the shampoo & conditioner is very thik so use very small amount of it, When I use conditioner it was all exactly like water very runny, they had definitely mixed water with the product. in salon our hair looks good as they do lots of ironing but when you wash your hair then you see the actual result. I have wasted all my money at New look family salon Sahibag.
