★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service, they may completely burn your face in laser hair removal and despite charging very high, they burn your face like an acid attack victim and all the good reviews are by their staff only and no genuine good review.
The burned face remains for 6 months and you cant go out of your home till then.

I
went new look ,model town for facial hair removal in mid 2016 without any prior research . I get some 11000 Rs. pack by mrs. Sangeeta .I was a student and belongs to jaipur so she told me you can take sitting from jaipur too if you want to go there . She told me she will transfer my sittings there .
She performed sittings in every 15-20 days that parmanantly damaged my skin and since then I am facing various skin problems at my facial area . Itching ,burning,red spots etc . Now in march 2020 I am facing the same . I am regretting to go New look .
I did not completed all sittings before leaving Delhi .I came to Jaipur and what I find here is no new look clinic present . So I called Mrs. Sangeeta to refund remaining money to me but she refused that . And told me " aapko dekhna chaiye tha jaipur mai hai ya nahi ".
I told her 'see your brochure there you will see jaipur branch name.'
she damaged my face permanently and refused to give me my remaining money back .
I was very disappointed with her because as all reviews says she will behave sweetly in first impression.
Their machines to do laser operations were old and they do not have hair removal blade even though when I told her to get a hair removal blade she said "mai aapko paise de deti hu aap la do ek mujhe samajh nahi aata ". She removed my hairs with shaving blade with hard hand that permanently removed my top surface of skin now I have different slopes due to razer .
My friend suggested me to not to go there but as a student I choose to pay less money because other clinics were costly . But as a new client They should have told me everything about process .
Now in 2020 I am shared my experience with her she told me to put a honest review here that's why I am doing this .
I am hopeless,dishearten,and lost my natural and very good skin .suffering with various Skin issues now ( jo pahle kabhi nahi hua tha) because of mrs. Sangeeta's doings.
I am suggesting you to get a good clinic .and consider health over money . Don't be stupid like me . Stay happy.
