★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First impression is the last impression as we all know. Today I went this chemist first time and the last time too. I am giving 2 stars because the person who gave me medicine was nice. He talked decently. But at the time when I reached there, one uncle was there, he's age must be around 50+. N he came there for some exchange or return of medicine. He asked very softly to the other chemist for change that, he said uncle "subah subah uth kr aa jate ho, 12 baje k bad aana, yahi kam kre ab ap jaise logo k liye" then that uncle asked him very politely "change ho jayegi? Krte h ap?"
That guy was so arrogant, even he doesn't know how to talk to customers. Today this happened with that uncle ji. Might be possible that can happen with us too. So I will never go there ever.
If you can't respect your customers, then your business will not run good. As everyone know "ग्राहक भगवान की तरह होता है" uppar se aged logo se aise bat krna. Hate that alot. There are so many chemist in cities. Who are giving discounts and treat you very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid. They sometimes charge more than MRP. Happened with me and they do not returns. Rude staff behaviour.
You can go to many other shops which even give discounts nearby.

My father passed away last month. So I returned remaining tablets.
Earlier They sold me same tablets on MRP but during return, they calculated with 10% discount on MRP and denied to return 100% cash return.
Also they offered cash return with 12% amount deduction.
This is very shameful...
Now we have helpless and detained to purchase other items to get returnable amount

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of staff but they don't even know where is the medicine they just used to roam hear and there with the slip and at the end after wasting lots of time you will receive the dud drug.

Even you can get atleast 5% discount online platform.
They not even discount 1% . Worst chemist talk rudely not even describe how to take medicine.
