β β β β β The doctors over here are Good, but they don't have detailed conversation with the patient on the treatment procedures, it's cos and cons.. Getting the appointment is difficult..I try calling on the toll free number, but it never got connected.. I usually get appointment through their online appointment system..but if I have some queries or want to know if the reports are ready in their lab, the contact they provide doesn't work..and I am left with no other option instead of going to hospital.
They provide class service to their VIP patients only..and their admission desk is also worst..no coordination between doctors and desk..they ask us if they need icu or general ward..then they say general bis Full, you need to admit the patient in icu or wait till the general is getting vacant.
