★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service . I don't want to give even one star for them . They are genius in making excuses . Actually they have a variety of excuses according to conditions . I visited at their shop to replace a Bluetooth earphones of ambrone . Price of product is 950 . One day after I purchased the earphones . It's battery backup was 30 to 50 minutes and they told me before I purchased that it's battery backup is about 6 hours and bla bla ..
The man on shop told me that I have to submit a complaint no .
Then I call to costumer care for complaint no. They didn't receive my call .
After 40 Min they pick up my call and I got complaint no
Then after submitting complaint no man told me that earphones has to submit in the company and after 20 to 25 days company tell you how can they help you . Means they repair it or replace it .
I have a advice for you don't go for anykind of services to them totally wastage of time .

- His way of talking is fine.
- I went there for replacement of my Syska powerbank.
- I talked to the customer care, they gave me a complaint no. And registered me to this care centre as it was the nearest to me.
- I went to the care, he checked the powerbank asked the complaint no., Took it from me and gave me one week time.
- I went there 1 day before the given time and I got the replacement done.
- I am happy from the service provided.
- Care centre is just near the Railway station.
- It is easily reachable through public transport from near by places.
- It is the care centre of Syska, I Kall, Coolpad, Jivi, Alcatel, etc.
- It is not easily spottable as it is a shop with small front and is hidden behind a stall. If you don't look properly it will be hard to locate it.
- There is no parking space near the shop as it is in a crowded area.
- Take your printed bills of your products along with you.
