★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful store with technician and manager/owner having 0% knowledge abt cycles.......I wanted a non geared mtb with shocker and dual disc brakes.. But they had no knowledge tht without gear , high quality cycles are avaliable..they repeatedly said that only geared cycles contain dual disc brakes and fron suspension fork... The stores have big big brandings of imported cycles but no branded cycles were avaliable in the shop ...the store is only eligible of selling Ladybird and casual bengali cycles..Never think to visit the store until u want to buy a ladybird or a bengali cycle...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behaviour good, but cycles are worst.. The gears don't even work properly, when later I took it they said its normal.. Chain rubbing against the detailer ans gear shifting is not smooth makes sound.. Its not normal.. Faltu mechanic... They can only sell cycle.. But can't repair it especially the gear ones

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They offer a decent range of cycles but apart from that they provide repairs and maintenance services. I'd like to share my experience, so I own a Montra Madrock bought from this very store and after like six or seven months I went for its 2nd servicing over there and they charged me around 5-600. After the job's done there was a kulfiwala at few steps and gradually I grabed one and while i was enjoying my ice-cream seated on my bike, I put a bit of pressure on one side of the handle bar and guess what! The handle twisted 360. I still thank myself for purchasing the kulfi that night.
This incident was very reasonable because the staff out there put on a totally different show of behaviour once u have purchased the cycle.
