★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is not good.They don't feel any kind of responsibility towards their customers.I suggest you guys if you will go there,take all details regarding your glasses, frame and also take photos of your product as a proof bcoz sometime they change glasses without Informing you and fit glasses of other company and deliver it to you.so be careful....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good service provided at this store. I had been using progressive glasses, but got one pair made here only for reading. Somehow i was not comfortable. Mr Deepak picked up the glasses from home and after rectification delivered them. Still not very comfortable, I went to the showroom and there Mr Paresh checked my eyes again and the glasses were made perfect. I really appreciate the tremendous efforts made by the sales executives.
I strongly recommend New Nagar Chashma ghar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their staff is not business oriented or customer friendly, their prices are much higher than other "Nagar Chasmaghar" branches, got my power glasses made 10% lesser prices than their quoted price for the same product and glass quality. Not recommended, visit other Nagar Chasmaghar branches for more offers and deal for the same product. Owner should improvise their staffs' sales training.

A lady was cheaking my eyes and a male staff person came and told that I am doing acting on my face. Nobody have that extra money for just a drama so the behavior was worst and I'm not visiting there again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst places to buy spectecles in ahmedabad . They also don't know how to attend customers or answer them properly. Specially mrs Ranjit bhai . He literally behave rudely ???????. The store owner have to kickout mrs ranjit ??????????
This dosen't even deserve a single star??.
